Recently, the project completion and acceptance review meeting for the SPIC-Shanghai Jiao Tong University "Future Energy Program Joint Research Fund" was successfully held at College of Smart Energy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The meeting conducted acceptance for 14 projects that had fulfilled their research tasks, comprehensively assessing the effectiveness of university-enterprise joint research endeavors, and striving to advance the practical deployment and industrial translation of scientific research achievements.

The meeting pointed out that this completion and acceptance exercise marks not the end of research work, but a brand-new starting point for technological iteration and achievement transformation. Moving forward, it is necessary to systematically sort out and summarize the operational and management experience of the joint fund, and continuously refine the university-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism. Meanwhile, a firm industry-application-oriented mindset should be established to keep advancing technological iteration and upgrading. Efforts shall be made to deliver solid and detailed work on achievement transformation and engineering demonstration implementation, fully unlock the research efficiency of university-enterprise collaboration, and provide robust scientific and technological support for the transformation and upgrading of China's energy sector.
