To advance the construction of the college's distinctive "AI + Energy" talent cultivation system and further enhance young teachers' ability to guide students in scientific research and innovation practices, the second session of the 2026 "Wisdom · Appointment" Teacher Salon was successfully held at noon on April 15 in the lecture hall of the West Multi-functional Building. Themed "Empowering Young Teachers, Boosting Student Innovation — Special Guidance on PRP and College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Programs", the salon invited Professor Guan Bin from Shanghai Jiao Tong University as the guest speaker. Chen Jiu, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee, young teachers of the college, postdoctoral researchers, and staff from the Student Innovation Center and other relevant departments attended the event. The salon was chaired by Chang Chenye, Director of the Human Resources Department.

The college will continue to launch a series of faculty development activities to steadily promote the professional growth of teachers, injecting new impetus into the college's talent cultivation and discipline construction.
