Recently, Fan Sheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Science and Technology Research Institute of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), led a 6-person delegation to visit College of Smart Energy, SJTU for an exchange forum. The delegation included Ma Yaofei, Director of the Science Technology and Digitalization Department of SPIC; Lu Yanghui, Director of the Science and Technology Management Department of the Science and Technology Research Institute of SPIC; Luo Shuai, Director of the Advanced Low-Carbon Technology Research Institute of the Science and Technology Research Institute of SPIC; and engineers Zhang Tianfu and Chen Ran.

Liu Xiaojing, Executive Vice Dean of College of Smart Energy(CSE) presided over the meeting. Zhu Xiaohong, Secretary of the Party Committee; Tai Nengling and Han Dong, Vice Deans; and relevant faculty representatives from CSE, the School of Mechanical Engineering, and the School of Electrical Engineering attended the meeting. In-depth discussions were held on topics such as deepening industry-education integration and promoting innovative development.

This exchange has built an efficient communication platform for both parties and reached important consensus. Both sides agreed to give full play to their respective advantages, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in key areas such as talent cultivation, scientific research, and achievement transformation, jointly create a new model of industry-education integration development, and promote energy technology innovation and industrial upgrading.
