On June 20th, Clarivate released the annual Journal Citation Reports (JCR™). Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) had 22 of its academic journals included in the JCR, with 20 of these journals receiving impact factors--an increase of three from the previous year. Notably, Nano-Micro Letters made its debut in the global top 100, and four journals entered the top 500 worldwide. Additionally, 12 journals were ranked in the Q1 category respectively, representing a one-third increase compared to last year.

SJTU has launched a comprehensive 14th Five-Year Planning in 2020, academic journals hosted by SJTU have gradually evolved into a cluster of internationalized, high-quality journals that span multiple disciplines, regions, and institutions.
