SJTU College of Smart Energy (CSE) connects students, alumni, and employers. It provides comprehensive services, such as self-awareness, job exploration, career decision, employment strategies, and so on. The college has established long-term cooperative relations with state-owned enterprise SPIC and offers students straight and close interaction with SPIC, especially in recruitment, mentoring, and company visits, and also provides multi-dimensional services. Students are granted with opportunities to visit companies and have internships through social practice.

Closely aligning with the university's core mission of fostering virtue through education and the development strategy of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), SJTU College of Smart Energy has innovatively adopted the three-stage employment guidance. Starting from deepening the integration of production and education and addressing the practical needs of connecting talent training with industrial development, the college has taken multiple measures such as optimizing curriculum design, strengthening practical teaching, deepening university-enterprise cooperation, and building employment platforms to support students in achieving high-quality employment.
